We are currently working with the Navy and the Port Tenants Association to come to an arraignment for the temporary repositioning of the barge somewhere off harbor island. This temporary move will take place in October 2014 to April of the first year during The California least tern season, while the navy drives necessary metal pilings for the Navy 151 Fuel Pier replacement project. This project is scheduled for three years of pile driving during these months. The time necessary for pilings may shrink for the remaining years
